Research and Development
Environnement Massif Central has decided to adopt a resolutely collaborative approach to meet the growing demand for high added-value PRMs. At the same time, the company has developed its own Research and Development department.
Environnement Massif Central is leading a doctoral thesis with the Ecole des Mines d'Alès on polyolefins. The work focuses on closed-loop recycling, particularly for household packaging, and on the development of high added-value grades.
Environnement Massif Central invites all plastics manufacturers to take part in collaborative research projects, which are strongly encouraged by eco-organisations and public authorities. One thing is certain: recycling will develop thanks to research, scientific rigour and, above all, the collaboration of all those involved in the plastics industry: contractors, eco-organisations, regenerators and converters.
In collaboration with the IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom) in Alès, Environnement Massif Central has initiated a thesis aimed at characterising our waste deposits and their formulations in order to meet market demand.
CIRCULAIT-PE : from packaging to packaging, closing the recycling loop in collaboration with Valorplast, Total Energies and the IPLC (Institut Professionnel de Lait de Consommation).
