Materials
R-PEHD
Blow-moulded grade PE100G and PE100N
This recycled high density blow moulding grade polyethylene is a copolymer with an average molecular weight MFI (5 kg, 190°C) of 2.0 g/10min.
This HDPE has good impact resistance and is easily converted by blow moulding, making it suitable for the manufacture of packaging such as bottles, flasks and small cans.
HDPE is also resistant to many chemicals, making it ideal for containers and packaging that may be exposed to corrosive or aggressive substances. It is available in black and grey.

Colourable grades: white or natural HDPE
These blow-moulding grade high density recycled polyethylenes are medium molecular weight copolymers.
They are mainly used for extrusion blow moulding and can be custom coloured using the converter's masterbatch.
Extrusion grade PE7030N and PE7030G
This recycled high-density blow-moulding grade polyethylene is a high molecular weight copolymer with an MFI (5 kg, 190°C) of 1.0 g/10min.
This HDPE has good tensile strength and is easily transformed by profile extrusion processes, making it suitable for the manufacture of a variety of pipes.
HDPE is also resistant to stress cracking, making it ideal for particularly demanding applications. It is available in black and grey.
R-PP
Medium flow injection grade: PPG12100N and PPG12100G
This medium-flow recycled polypropylene is a copolymer known as PP COPO.
This PP has an MFI of 12 to 15 g/10 min, which facilitates injection moulding. This results in well-formed parts with a good level of detail.
This level of MFI also provides a good balance between mechanical properties and ease of processing, making recycled PP suitable for a variety of applications.
This grade is recognised for its good resistance to impact, fatigue and corrosion, making it a durable material for a wide range of uses: child car seats, industrial enclosures, automotive parts, etc.

High flow injection grade: PPG20100N/G and PPG40100N/G
This highly fluid recycled polypropylene is a copolymer known as PP COPO. This PP has an MFI of 20 or 40 g/10 min depending on the reference chosen for thin objects.
This grade 20 or 40 recycled PP is often used to make rigid packaging, such as flower pots, tubs, containers and buckets, offering good mechanical flexibility.
It is also used in the production of household items, such as plastic furniture and casings for electronic appliances and electrical components, offering good heat resistance and electrical insulation.
Colourable grade : white or natural PP
These medium-flow recycled polypropylenes are medium molecular weight copolymers.
They are mainly used for thermoforming and injection moulding. They can be custom-coloured using masterbatches at the converter's.
