Our history

After completing a university course in Environmental Sustainability, Olivier DALLE returned to Lozère, the land of his ancestors, and in 1997 set up Environnement 48, which has since become Environnement Massif Central.

In making this geographical choice, Olivier DALLE is responding to an economic and environmental need, but he also has the desire to attract people and create activity in this department, the least populated in France.

The company was first based in Balsièges, then in Monastier-Pin-Moriès, and finally moved to the Causse d'Auge business park in Mende in 2004.

On a 23-hectare site, including 40,000 m² of covered buildings, and thanks to regular investment, Environnement Massif Central is building up its capacity to sort and recycle an ever wider range of waste types.

Its scope of action is gradually being extended to the regional, national and European levels.

With its recognised expertise, Environnement Massif Central operates at national, European and international level to provide advice, technical assistance and training for your projects.
